Strategic Management Implementing in Improving Student Achievement at SMK Al-Khoeriyah Tasikmalaya

Strategic management is an effort made to achieve certain goals. A useful assurance can enable an Institution to achieve its goals by allocating resources to implement policies or plans for organizational goals. This research aims to explain the application of strategic management in improving student achievement at Al-Khoeriyah Tasikmalaya Vocational School. This study aims to explain the application of strategic management in improving student achievement at SMK Al-Khoeriyah Tasikmalaya. The aims of this study were: (1) to find out strategic management formulations in improving student achievement at Al-Khoeriyah Tasikmalaya Vocational School, (2) to find out strategic implementation in improving student achievement at Al-Khoeriyah Tasikmalaya Vocational School, (3) to find out strategic evaluation in improve student achievement at SMK Al-Khoeriyah Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely by using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. In this writing the author interviewed several sources, namely: the Head of School and the Head of Administration of Al-Khoeriyah Vocational High School. The results showed that the application of strategic management that can be used in improving student achievement through cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains in the academic and non-academic fields is by improving the school curriculum by using creative thinking and great support, improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure and improving educators and education personnel to achieve student achievement and school progress.
